"Crawlspaces.com performed as advertised. After 3 years, the waterproofing system continues to keep water out of the crawlspace. Additionally, after installation customer service was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommended."

"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"Raphael and his crew gave a very competitive estimate, showed up on time and on the date requested. They removed all the old materials and took them away, then formed in and poured a new concrete walk and steps to our requirements and finished it nicely. They cleaned up the area to our satisfaction. We will use R B concrete again for future restorations."

"Islas Masonry Solutions did an exceptional job. We needed a concrete walkway constructed immediately for my 87 year old mother. Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. We have dealt with other contractors and Franciso treated us like family. If he you can make an 87 year old mother, grand-mother and great grandmother happy, you are the REAL deal. Excellent work and Exceptional Service!"

"AquaGard did an awesome job repairing a foundational washout underneath my pool patio."

"They were able to meet with me promptly, they provided a viable solution, a fair estimate and got the job done. What more can you ask for?"

"Although results of the repair will be determined in the future, very happy so far with performance of the crew and the efficiency which with work was performed and the price was reasonable."

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"The tenant in my rental property stated she had no cold air blowing. That day I called around for estimates and times to get to it, in busy hot July. I spoke with Moncrief early in the afternoon, and they were able to come out that evening and fix the issue - for a reasonable price, with honesty and integrity. Thanks.

"Salazar replaced two separate retaining walls at my residence, demolishing and removing old/inadequate brick walls and replacing with proper full size blocks and capstones. In addition, they added a small concrete pad adjoining my Ssltillo patio and installed matching tile. Their work is very high quality and exhibits superb craftsmanship and care. I highly recommend them !"
