The project manager, Joshua, came out to look at our cracking concrete patio, diagnosed the issue, and had a cost-effective solution for us. He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. "LRE Ground Services had exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism.  Our house is a small rental since we live in Houston now; however we lived in this small 650 sqft bungalow for three years before the move to Texas. 
The previous owner had made some foundation shoring that are holding well; however I thought it might be best to have a professional look since the house since it is a rental.  I contacted another competitor to LRE and I was quoted $35-$40,000 for a new foundation on a small 650sqft bungalow.  In shock I contacted LRE for another quote.  LRE assured me the foundation appeared to be sound and there was no need to disturb the foundation since we've had no indications of cracking or settling.
