I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"The owner called me within a half hour of me requesting service. He set me up with an appointment for the next day. The tech came and fixed my items that needed to be repaired. He did a fantastic job on replacing my handrail brackets and fixing my wooden couch. The tech left my house just as clean as when he arrived. I would highly recommend hiring Mastroianni Home Solutions LLC for your handyman needs and if you are looking to do a remodeling job, they are the ones to go with. Everyone from the owner to the tech were extremely nice and very friendly. And the cost was very reasonable."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"My water main cracked at the point where it entered the basement foundation due to the house settling. Luckily the leak was outside the wall and my sump pump kept pace with preventing it from doing damage inside. Eco came promptly, gave me a couple of options. I got quotes from a couple of others, all in the same ballpark. I went with Eco due to their guarantees and my confidence that they could back it up should it be needed. Once I decided to go with them they were able to schedule me promptly and got the job done, putting in a new copper line from the water meter inside my basement out to the city turn-off valve at the sidewalk. They only had to trench about 8' by the sidewalk and were able to pull the line through without disturbing any of my landscaping."

They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers.
