"Pros: They responded to my request right away and scheduled a day and time to come to my house. The day of the visit, they called before arrival and arrived on time. Francisco was professional, polite, courteous, and did exactly what I asked. Cons: I was charged $250 to repair an irrigation leak and remove one, small dead shrub. This was for maybe 15 minutes of work. When I mentioned the cost seemed excessive I was told "well, a plumber would charge more." This was an irrigation issue. Overall, great customer service, but ridiculous pricing. Will not be using again."

"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

"The work went well enough. They came two times and the work was fine. On the third appointment, there was some trouble where they had to come back to see if there was a repair needed. I expected them to come out and give me an estimate, but they repaired it without asking me first and I was given a bill. It was a small misunderstanding. The guy was friendly when he came to complete the work and I would recommend him.

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"When the Project Consultant, Armando Sandoval came out to inspect the foundation, he actually crawled under the house and took pictures of our foundation. He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. I was very impressed with the respect the crew had for my property and landscape. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They had excellent customer service."

"Gaje did a great job repairing some bad spalling on a section of the stem wall for a house I owned. There were some area's that had cracking and required some rebar repairs. When completed, the structural integrity was fixed and the repaired area was better than new, right down to painting the stemwall to match the exterior house paint. Job well done..."
