"I am a very picky person on how I like things done. This has been the best experience I have ever had with work done at my house. I needed the wall behind the fire pit completely redone as it was cracked badly. Emanuel and his crew tore down the old wall and dug a better foundation, added more bars to the structure to make it more solid. I had flagstone removed from the seating area & fire pit surface and replaced with travertine tiles. The bottom portion was to be stucco but in mid project I changed my mind and asked Emanuel to place a stone facade knowing it would be extra money which I thought it was reasonable. Emanuel was very supportive even though it was altering his timeline. We are super happy with the results. Emanuel and his crew are the best! I wish every person had the work ethics and detail oriented principles that Emanuel exhibits on his work."

We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. "AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

Even worse a push sales person that thinks they are gods gift. I could see and feel Paul wanted to understand what we see and hear our thoughts on the issue. He addressed our questions from a higher perspective and then a deeper analysis of our home and foundation. Itâ s over 100 degrees out and Paul didnâ t rush anything. He came back and took time to explain in detail the issues, how he sees them and how they address our questions. Made us feel part of the process and helped us learn how these happen and such. Paul then presented the price in the form of options or levels of fixing. The layout was clean and straightforward. The prices seemed fair and matched the work that would be going in to the project. Each option was ok with him to be selected and described the differences. We ended up doing option three which was everything he found to be fixed. We were not pushed to that option but made the most sense for us. It was also really nice to see the pride he had for his company and his job. To me that tells he values and likes his job. Iâ m going to value and like the end result. Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional, honest, caring, able to communicate things I have no knowledge about in a way I can understand and now feel educated of the issue/process/ result."
