"First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work. They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard.
