His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. "I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."
