"Contacted Ohio Basement Authority to diagnose the cause of mildew in the basement corner. Inspector Nick Hatfield was knowledgeable and professional. He informed me of water build-up around my foundation and recommended 3 solutions at different levels of effectiveness and price-points (1500 - 8700). Though I have not yet decided to have work done, I appreciate the information provided."

"Canâ t say enough good things about this company. We bought our home with a known water infiltration problem. They not only alleviated and redirected the water from our foundation, they waterproofed the interior and exterior foundation walls, as well as addressed the block walls cracks and bowing. Better yet their service comes with a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home transferable to the next home owner. Recommend them to anyone looking for foundation and waterproofing services. 2nd to none."

"I left a message with Yoel and he was the first company to respond to my request for an estimate and fast! I told him what we needed and sent him pictures. He gave an excellent quote and was out to the house three days later to fix it. He arrived on time and performed the work very quickly. He exceeded our expectations with response time, arrival time, time to perform the work and quality of workmanship. He even fixed other cracks we had. We would definitely recommend him for any construction work needed around your home. We will use his services again. Thank you, Yoel!"

"Best Waterproofing fixed a crack in my basement wall for a fraction of the cost of the other estimates I got and it even came with a lifetime transferable warranty. The customer service I received was top notch. I did have one small problem after the repair, but they came out right away and took care of it. That was 2 years ago and I haven't had any leakage since. Very pleased with the work!"
