"Paul Swann evaluated our foundation problem and referred us to an engineer who provided a detailed repair plan. Unfortunately, the nature and scope of the proposed repair plan was outside the parameters of what Northern Basement System's themselves could provide. We appreciated their honesty and have been looking for a contractor to take on the project."

"They handled themselves in a professional manner. They explained the process of replacing the retaining wall and reinstalling the fence. They cleaned up the site and checked with us for any problems or concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor."

"Travis did a great job. Prompt, kept me updated on progress, made great recommendations to make the project better, and was very receptive to changes in plan and scope of project. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend T&D and will be using the for several more projects."

"Chris worked with my schedule to get a foundation in and also fixed up my driveways, made great suggestions. He showed up and completed the work exactly as he promised and kept the site tidy all through the project. A pleasure to work with!"

"He is extremely flexible and desires to please his customer."

"I was very pleased with the work he did, he has a nice way of explaining things , I sure I will hire him again for other projects when needed he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Tank you Scott for being such a nice guy ."

"The work itself, the actual basement waterproofing appears to be working but our flood season hasn't come yet so, I'm reserving judgement. But, the way the work was done was a problem and the initial way that they got with the problem wasn't satisfactory. Eventually, months after work I did get some resolution but is wasn't a smooth transaction. We moved some of the finished portions of the basement to do their work and the way that that was handled was very sloppy and rushed, and very expensive to repair. And then, when the initial point of having somebody come and look at all my questions, it was not the owner, it was his foreman and it was not dealt within a professional manner. After 2 contacts, tried to explain what the problems were and has offered that they have an annual service to make sure that everything is working and there's a fee for that, though he offered 2 years of that with no cost, so that was a nice gesture. He tried to make up for the problems but like I said, there were problems."

"I just had Matthew from K Bellavance Brush Hog my field. It’s not an easy property to Brush Hog. Rocky and wet, some spots are steep. He did a fabulous job, very respectful to my property. The finished results look great. I had Dylan previously, and never thought I could get somebody as good as Dylan. Matthew was excellent as well. I suspect everybody at K Bellavance is trained well, and does exceptional work. I highly recommend this company."

"Very hard workers Took the time for me to understand The only thing is I wish there was a way to seal vac seal the top of the covering to adhere better to stone foundation"
