"Being out-of-state, Justin from Crawlspace solutions was a Godsent. I spoke to 3 other crawlspace solutions, and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable. Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemersâ Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didnâ t properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. "The work crew that arrived came 3 hours later than anticipated. When it was explained that the order had been inadvertently cancelled and they had to reconstruct the order before coming was understandable. The 3 man crew went directly to work and stayed on task with only a short break for each of them during the project. There was a misunderstanding of how the fence was to be installed and as soon as this was pointed out a corrective action was taken and the project continued. The POA requires the smooth side of the fence to face the public space. the crew started to face it into the yard. I was very impressed with all 3 members of the work crew and they were professional in their performance of their duties. The language they used with me as well as with each other was very much appreciated as no foul language was heard throughout the day. It took the crew about 6 hours to complete the fence hence I will recommend your service anytime I have an opportunity. I had requested to us a Credit Card to pay for the work and was informed it cost 3% to use the service. The two Duraplex roofers showed up on time as expected, to repair a roof valley which had been leaking during heavy ice/snow buildup last winter.  Upon removing the shingles in the roof valley, the roofers placed a rain/ice barrier along the entire length of the valley, before nailing down new GAF shingles. The roofers also discovered a vent pipe that had flashing installed incorrectly, which they corrected - at no extra charge to me.

Upon finishing up with the valley repair, Duraplex also had the roofers caulk several nails that were exposed on other sections of the roof, which he had identified as potential future sources for leaks, during the initial examination of the roof condition.

Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism of the team that Duraplex used to make the repairs on may roof, and the fact that Duraplex did not charge me extra when the roof repair took more squares of GAF shingles than what he originally estimated for the repair.

I would highly recommend this company for any roof repair work or full roof replacements you may need!
