"Second time I used this company. When I wanted to have foundation work done I knew this was the company I wanted to use. They repaired and retrofitted my mother’s foundation and everything went well. Had to reschedule once but arrived on time each day and cleaned up after the days work. Passed inspection. Very happy with this company. Thanks again."

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. The entire process from first to last was excellent and I cannot say enough good things about the way Alpha Structural handled the project. From the front office to the boots on the ground: A++"

"Their service and quality was top notch. After having various companies come out to try to repair a tricky foundation problem, Golden Retrofit did it without issue. Very happy with their work."

"If you are looking for a company that actually answers the phone, shows up on time, and does the job as promised, give these guys a call. MVP Remodeling is without a doubt one of the best contractors in Los Angeles. Josef had our home painted (interior and exterior), Repair foundation, window, replacement, and Solar installed! Highly recommend"

"I would recommend Zenith Builder to those who are interested to do addition or remodeling. They are experienced and will provide the best work quality. I am satisfied with their attentiveness to small details of work."

"It all went well. Alisa was the designer/project manager. She had really good ideas, listened to my needs, and was very professional. The only issue was with the gazebo. I purchased a kit from another company and I had Green Republic put it together. They did not do it properly the first time, but they did a good job rectifying the situation. New parts were ordered and the gazebo was completely in a timely manner."

"They were hired to inspect and fix the foundation in my older home."

"Pretty much throughout the years had Robert and crew cut demo and layout three 6 inch concrete slabs totaling over 10,000 sq ft and am totally satisfied and recommend him and crew to any one."

"Jose and Daniel did a fantastic job cutting a hole in my foundation and grinding smooth the edges so I could install a crawl space entry system. They did such a great job I also had them install some straps to keep a crack in the foundation from getting any worse. They were very polite, courteous, and professional. Their price was very fair so I paid them a little extra because they did more than I could have expected. I was so impressed with these quality young men that I will probably use them again to build a new block wall and pour a cement walkway."
