"Great experience. The technician fixed the leak, even though he really did not have any openings the day I called. He just wanted to stop it raining into the house. Then they came back out and did all the repair work on time a few days later, as arranged. Fast, efficient, but also genuinely interested in helping you out. I cannot say enough about these guys."

"Professional company from start to finish! Anthony came out to inspect our basement, take measurements, and go over our options. We had a French drain and sump pump installed based on his recommendation. He spent a lot of time going over every detail and showed us pictures of the process. He was also very responsive and helpful when we called him back with additional questions. On the day of the install Jeffry and his crew did a fantastic job with everything! They knew exactly what to do based on what we had previously discussed with Anthony so we did a quick walk around and then they got to work. They did everything we anticipated plus went above and beyond in my opinion, even filling extra holes in our old stone foundation that we didn t mention and painting over those spots with dry lock to match what we had done before. Also some small changes to the plan on site that day did not increase the cost. They were courteous and cleaned up everything after the job was done. The best part is they were in and out in one day! Now we should not have to worry about water in our basement ever again especially because of the lifetime warranty. Thank you American Eagle Waterproofing!!"
