"As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice."

"Professional company from start to finish! Anthony came out to inspect our basement, take measurements, and go over our options. We had a French drain and sump pump installed based on his recommendation. He spent a lot of time going over every detail and showed us pictures of the process. He was also very responsive and helpful when we called him back with additional questions. On the day of the install Jeffry and his crew did a fantastic job with everything! They knew exactly what to do based on what we had previously discussed with Anthony so we did a quick walk around and then they got to work. They did everything we anticipated plus went above and beyond in my opinion, even filling extra holes in our old stone foundation that we didn t mention and painting over those spots with dry lock to match what we had done before. Also some small changes to the plan on site that day did not increase the cost. They were courteous and cleaned up everything after the job was done. The best part is they were in and out in one day! "Several years ago, D&S did a fine job hardscaping our back yard. It was a big job, done with sensitivity and imagination. We were delighted at the time. After a few years, a few patio areas began sinking -- probably because of an old tree that had stood there, whose roots continued to decay. We called D&S, and Isaac came by within days to check it out. Although we expected to be charged at a maintenance rate, Isaac immediately volunteered that the repair would be taken care of for free, as part of their commitment to their customers.  He just asked that we wait for a convenient time for D&S to do the work. It did take a few reminder phone calls, but Isaac always confirmed they would do the work, and today their mason is here filling and relaying the affected area.
