"The presentation was long-winded, but professional. He showed his insurance and information, along with BBB rating and articles about his business.  He then gave me an estimate to create a bubbler system for my home to dispel my sub pump water away from the house.  He did give me a very reasonable price, and mentioned HOW they were going to perform the work as well.  He also suggested tying in the downspout that was very close to the location of the sub pump.
The only thing I didn't like is that on the phone, the owner made it sound like he could squeeze me in fairly quickly, but when I signed the contract, he told me it would be at least a month before he could get to me. He took my down payment of half of the price of the project, and said they would give me a call.  It's been two weeks, so hopefully it does occur before serious snow, because it would be pretty difficult to dig once the ground is hard.
I think it will be very professionally done when completed, but I would like a solid timeline if I was going to get work done again.

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"Neverwet truly stands by their lifetime transferable warranty! I purchased my home last summer. The previous owners had installed the Neverwet basement system. This winter I experienced drainage issues in my front yard. I called Neverwet and spoke with Michele who was very pleasant and understanding. Kevin, one of the owners promptly came over to evaluate the situation. He determined the drain line from the sump pump needed to be extended and connected to the storm sewer. Kevin obtained the necessary permits from the Village and his crew (Jordan and Stirlling perform the work at no additional cost. I am very appreciative of the quick response and excellent customer service from start to finish of the project. I highly recommend NeverWet. They stand behind their warranty and do quality work. You will not be disappointed. Thank you NeverWet."

"They came when they said the first time, but it took a while for the repairs to be done. The finished work does not look like the images on brochures but it is working inside, keeping us dry. However, now we have new problems that I am not sure if related outside."

"He was very professional and got the job done. Even when I messaged him after the job was finished he came back at my convenience to my residence to make sure everything was done right. Would recommend him to anyone in the Monroe county area needing any plumbing repairs or work."

"Great company to work with, very friendly knowledgeable people and customer satisfaction is their goal. Matt and his crew did a superb job restoring our finished basement after it got flooded when our sump pump had failed during heavy rains. Dual pumps were installed, along with waterproof and mold proof walls and flooring and a Sedona dehumidifier air purification system."
