He and his partner Angel are appropriately named! He was not only willing to take on a small masonry project but he was clear about his time line, prompt, fair in his pricing, and an excellent communicator. Set aside two days for our project got it done in one! Hauled away the debris and left it looking like they had never been there except for the fact that we now had a perfect sidewalk once again. "I had a mold problem on two walls. they not only repaired the two walls they continued around the joining walls half way. They arrived on time and prepared the area, completed the job and cleaned up after. The two men worked hard and were courtesy. I would recommend this company for any mold situation you might have."

"The presentation was long-winded, but professional. He showed his insurance and information, along with BBB rating and articles about his business.  He then gave me an estimate to create a bubbler system for my home to dispel my sub pump water away from the house.  He did give me a very reasonable price, and mentioned HOW they were going to perform the work as well.  He also suggested tying in the downspout that was very close to the location of the sub pump. 
The only thing I didn't like is that on the phone, the owner made it sound like he could squeeze me in fairly quickly, but when I signed the contract, he told me it would be at least a month before he could get to me. He took my down payment of half of the price of the project, and said they would give me a call.  It's been two weeks, so hopefully it does occur before serious snow, because it would be pretty difficult to dig once the ground is hard. 
I think it will be very professionally done when completed, but I would like a solid timeline if I was going to get work done again.

He replaced the fixtures in a tub and a shower, adding shut-off valves and access doors, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the faucets in 2 bathrooms and repaired a leak in the shower. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
