"We hired JB to put in a short driveway and repair some broken concrete in front of our garage. It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. The driveway looks great."

"J G J Home Improvement Crop was prompt to get started my patio project, and completed the work rather quickly. They deviated the work plan slightly what we originally planned and discussed. Overall, the quality of work is good and the price is reasonable."

"Manual, Jose and their crew were great!! We needed to repair or replace our sidewalk. They did an amazing job in removal of sidewalk and replacing our sidewalk and driveway. They were punctual and clean. The did everything in less than three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"One of concrete blocks in my back yard has sunk and tilted. Yard floor was uneven which was a tripping hazard. In addition the rain water accumulated and was not draining properly. Mr. M. removed the old concrete block, made sure the pitch was right and installed new drain. This was only one part of the project. He also replaced parapet tiles on my garage, fixed all the cracks on the garage walls and painted. All work was done in timely manner and very efficiently. I appreciated the flexibility and option to add small projects as we went along. I am very happy with the outcome. Will hire his company again."

"Alex was amazing!! We had a crack in our foundation that another company attempted to repair numerous times. We were fortunate enough to hear about ProSeal and I am happy to report not only did Alex repair the crack to near perfection but the work was done timely, neatly and his customer service skills are top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend ProSeal for all of your foundation needs."

"They contacted me the same day I put in the request and were there late in the day to inspect. I paid them for the inspection and told them to come back to do the repair. They came back the next day and made the repair in under 2 hours."

"I hired Cesar and his crew to gut and renovate multiple bedrooms a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Cesar, Armondo and Benjamin were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledge, expertise and craftmanship are top notch. Cesar is easy to work with and truly cares about making sure his customers are happy. Cesar has an uncanny knack for finding a solution to any problem he encounters. I found his pricing to be very fair and reasonable and I quickly learned I could trust Cesar. If you are looking to remodel, finish off a room or repair any part of your interior, Cesar and his team should be your first call."

"What we expected to be an 8-week project ballooned into a 16-week project, delayed largely by rainy weather and perhaps some mis-scheduling on the company's end as it juggles multiple projects. Be aware that your project's projected timeframe may very likely be extended; Abedin is in high demand. This was the most frustrating part of the process, having the project at a standstill with a large 3-storey scaffolding out front blocking sunlight and bags of cements and other work items in the courtyard. However, whenever I did call Abedin to find out the status and when work would resume, he was readily accessible and responsive. The craftsmanship is exemplary and it's apparent that the workers are highly skilled and take great pride in their work. I also greatly appreciated that the workers cleaned the site daily after working. This is HUGELY important because the worksite is also my home and not an uninhabited construction site. This meant a great deal to me and Abedin was often on site or sent a supervisor on site to assist and inspect. Abedin is hands-on and has high standards, which keeps the works not only focused and accountable, but motivated. Here's an important tip: where possible, throughout the process, protect your historic fence and railings with a drop cloth because they, like the courtyard's surface, will be battered. Abedin promised to repaint after the work was completed and his guys did, but the repainting job did not match the quality of restoration work we had previously paid for with the ironwork restoration contractor. Despite the setbacks and extended project time, my husband and I are extremely happy with our restoration project and the craftsmanship. Our brownstone looks completely transformed and historic and beautiful! Should we have future brownstone restoration needs, Abedin will definitely be our choice. Thank you."

"We used Palmieri Landscaping to reblacktop our driveway.  Ralph, the foreman, was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions.  He formulated a plan to put the blacktop down in a way that could ease waterflow into our drains.  The work was done fast and with great attention to detail.  I had a question about the work and Ralph came out the next day to see the issue and talk to me about it. VERY responsive employees and company.  It's always nice to find a contractor that actually calls you back AFTER the work is done.  The cost of this job was 1/2 of what another company had given me as an estimate.
Then, we hired them to do the spring cleanup of the yard and weekly maintenence.  The lawn never looked so good.  Their weekly cost was similar to other estimates.
