They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. "Steve is probably the most attentive and responsive service provider I have ever worked with. Steve was hired to makeover the entire front and backyard. His hardscape team run by Malica is top knotch. They had a lot of great ideas in addition to doing high quality work. There were some issues with a few of the stones being loose and the team including Steve have been super responsive to remedy the situation at no charge expeditiously. With the landscaping, there were issues that happened outside of Steve’s control but he quickly remedied the situation even though it wasn’t his fault but an issue with onion grass growing out of control through the mulch. Steve quickly came to my rescue then and when some flowers/bushes he planted in November didn’t come in, he fixed that also at no extra charge. Steve may seem expensive at first but I priced him compared to others and it was comparable and the level of service was extraordinary. Between Steve’s responsiveness and professionalism, I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with finding him through Angie’s list. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping or hardscape work needed."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work!
