"We needed major repair work done on our patio foundation. It was a complicated project for a variety of reasons; I can't say enough great things about our experience with the very talented and professional folks at EA Masonry. 5+++ star rating. Here are a few standouts: 1) Dan responded to my request for an estimate within hours, and he and his father Luis were able to look at the job the next day, and provided us with a very competitive quote. 2) Dan was able to schedule the job in a timely way and was very good with communication regarding when they could start. 3) The team started on exactly the day that they said they would and finished the project in a timely manner. 4) Best of all, they did an AMAZING job! Not only did they repair and reinforce the crumbling foundation, but they also smoothed out all of the visible sides with a new cement facing so that it no longer looked all patchwork and uneven. Job was very reasonably priced. Professional crew. Will absolutely hire again!!!"

"Henry repaired both corners on both sets of stairs on my property he made it match the original design and also fixed the bottom of the steps. He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything. He went above and beyond and kept me updated along the way. He was kind and professional."

"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. Masonry and Ion will be our first call whenever we have need for his skills."

"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Ben was great. We hired him at 11:30 one day and he was there at 1:30 the same day starting demolition. He updated my front steps with granite (it looks beautiful) and reset my brick steps. We also needed leveling of garage floor where the door sits and fixed a crack around a foundation window. He was at the house when he said he would be there and left the property the way he found it. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to friends."

"I required some repairs to the masonry of a granite and cinderblock foundation. James is pleasant, clearly explains the work that he intends to do, and shows the results when finished. He fit my work into his schedule and his crew completed all the repairs within a few days. He and his crew removed all the debris when finished. He also adjusted his schedule to address some additional repairs that were previously unnoticed. I highly recommend James and his company."

"Khaled and his team were outstanding. The attention to detail, the quality of the workmanship and Khaled's attention to my questions and concerns during the project were all top notch. As with any project this size (mine was an entire basement remodel approximately 800sqft that included some minor demo), there were some complications, but the measure of any situation is how the stakeholders address it and there too, Khaled proved that he is made of superior customer service mettle. He got in front of the problems we were facing and addressed them methodically and kept me apprised as needed. He has a marvelous crew and they are all quite fun and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my finished basement. The walls and the painting job alone makes it worthwhile, and that was just the finish work! Fantastic! Strongly recommend Abalia for all your construction and remodeling needs."

"Patrick came out to fix my foundation in the basement. His quote was more the fair and the work he did was excellent. He was prompt, responsive and thorough. The foundation looks good as new! I will be calling again when I need a mason!"

"Excellent work from start to finish. On time initial evaluation and on time repair. Went the "extra mile" to repair additional small crack to ensure minimal water intrusion in foundation. Highly recommended and will use them again (if, that is, I need them :)"

"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."
