"Second time I used this company. When I wanted to have foundation work done I knew this was the company I wanted to use. They repaired and retrofitted my mother’s foundation and everything went well. Had to reschedule once but arrived on time each day and cleaned up after the days work. Passed inspection. Very happy with this company. Thanks again."

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

"I am very pleased with golden retrofit and foundation repairs work. Tom did a great job working through the process with us. They repaired our foundation within 4 days and the work passed inspection on first try. Thanks golden!"

"The masonry replacement was very well done with bricks the closest match possible given my home was built in 1978. I would have appreciated a more thorough clean-up after the work was completed."

I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects."

"Highly recommend Conrad and Del Mar Landscaping as we had a great experience from start to finish. Conrad responded to my quote request within 10 minutes and came to see the property the same day. a fair quote was provided within 48 hours and work commenced within 2 weeks. The team was punctual and super polite and very responsible with our property and clean up. No mud or leftover debris was located anywhere. They came back several times to check on the concrete to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Conrad was a great communicator, always keeping me informed via email and text. They also provided a reasonable price for the work."
