"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Their work was excellent. The sales person came at 2:00 on Thursday Dec. 29 and sold us on the products and service. They had another project cancel and re-directed to our project with one person there the next morning. Had a minor issue with the 1st worker not plugging in the freezer when finished. We also expected more people to show up Saturday 12/31 (New Year's Eve), but they did not get enough crew to volunteer. One person came Monday, some more on Tuesday, then a full crew on Wed. to finish the digging and other work. They will be back later to seal cracks in the concrete floor which were under the furniture when they were there. Very impressed with the quality and follow-up to ensure we were satisfied."

They made me aware of all findings before proceeding with the work. They also took pictures before, during and after the work which were shared with me for future reference. Overall They did a great job and I am 100% confident in the work they completed. I actually had them come back to quote another job on my property after this job as well. Tom came to quote the job and took extra time at my property to fully explain and show what work would have to take place to fix a foundation issue. Along with this he also provided 3 different options to complete the repair and talked me through the written quote so I could choose the best route for our property.
