"Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"Pros: They responded to my request right away and scheduled a day and time to come to my house. The day of the visit, they called before arrival and arrived on time. Francisco was professional, polite, courteous, and did exactly what I asked. Cons: I was charged $250 to repair an irrigation leak and remove one, small dead shrub. This was for maybe 15 minutes of work. When I mentioned the cost seemed excessive I was told "well, a plumber would charge more." This was an irrigation issue. Overall, great customer service, but ridiculous pricing. Will not be using again."

"Emmanuel did an excellent job of pouring a new floor to repair and existing floor, and ground an uneven portion of the existing floor to smooth it out."

"We found Sustain Scape through Angies list and like their reviews and their focus as described on their website. Mike came by and asked great questions and listened to our ideas. We wanted to get an ideal master plan in place that we could gradually start working against, but wanted to initially focus on hardscape for the back yard.
Mike returned a week or two later with a really nice design that incorporated our thoughts with his design knowledge and ideas. We have an acre and he completed a design for the full property. We really like it -- it is more than worth the $250 we paid.
We asked Mike to bid out the hardscape in the back yard, but everything kept connecting to our outdated pool so we decided to remodel it in conjunction with the hardscape. Mike did another design for us that incorporated the pool updates and bid out the hardscape project as stated above. We went back and forth several times and different ideas and Mike was patient and engaging the whole time.
The crew started work the next week. The pool coping travertine quality was excellent, but as I inspected the patio/path travertine during the install I noticed that the stone quality was not up to my expectations. I promptly discussed with Mike and he came out to inspect. He acknowledged my concerns and said to mark what I didn't like and they would replace it.
After they finished we felt the overall stone quality was good, but not great. However, we really like how the design came through and the quality of workmanship (cutting and installation) exceeded our expectations. The crew that was here, including their leader Jud, was excellent. I've had probably a dozen hardscape projects done and this was by far the best, most professional team I've ever worked with. Every day the on-site manager (Jud) would chat with me and ask about how I felt the project was coming and if there was anything they could do.
Finally, they cleaned up the property nicely.
When we received the final bill, it seemed over what we actually received. Mike mistakenly charged for some of the replaced stone (I take some responsibility for the mistake because of my hands-on nature with the crew didn't help Mike keep track of what was actually used). He apologized and fixed the billing error.

"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

"They were hired to inspect and fix the foundation in my older home."

"Stocks Construction did a FABULOUS Job on three separate full building projects from beginning to completion for me! Total cost of all 3 builds was approximately $300,000. This company is well run, HONEST, fast, and does FANTASTC WORK! They have their processes down to a science. On all three major complete builds, flooring, walls, sheet rock, roofing, utilities, wiring, inside and outside painting, landscaping, and indoor and outdoor furniture placement completed on time and within budget! They are extremely easy to work with, and they operate with wonderful integrity and transparency. I couldn’t be happier with these 3 major projects they completed for me! They worked with speed and precision and kept me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend Stocks Construction for ANY construction build… large or small! Lenny A."

"Foundation repair not needed. Ted inspected the home and determined repair not needed. Ted is very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Gaje Contracting was great. They did very impressive work and a coat much less than I thought. Fortunately we only needed a small section of foundation repaired, but the repair looks excellent as though no repair occurred. Their communication was excellent as well. I’d recommend them to family and friends."

"It went well. It was a delight to work with Masterscapes and their professional crew. Everyone was flexible and communicated each step of the project from the office staff to the job supervisor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new pool, pool remodel, or landscaping. Kim F"
