"The entire crew were very competent and respectful. Job was completed in timely manner and left very clean."

"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."

"Ernie, Jorge, and their team transformed a large side yard area into my vision and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. They worked very hard to create steps down a long hillside, a winding pathway, and a memorial garden with a raised platform for benches. They selected the perfect plants for the garden, irrigated it all (replacing the sprinkler system with all new parts), and followed up on everything we discussed through the project. Several months later, the garden is flourishing and I am grateful every day to Blue Star for creating this special place for us to enjoy."

"Grande construction did an amazing job. Everyone and their company was on time, nice and friendly and we couldn t be happier with how our outdoor kitchen turned out"

"I recently hired Just Stamping Concrete for a landscaping project, and I must say that I was blown away by their work. Their team is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they truly transformed my outdoor space into a beautiful oasis."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"I hired U.S. Landscaping & Concrete to demo and repour a section of my driveway. They also patched, leveled and sealed another large section. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Juan, the owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful throughout the process. He and his crew showed up when scheduled, finished on time and on budget, and communicated with me regularly during the work. They do great work and their pricing is very fair, and I will definitely use them for any future concrete or landscaping projects. I highly recommend them!"

"Michael was professional and cordial. It was a pleasure having him repair my fence."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Joe was very professional, his crew was tentative and they worked cleanly and picked up after themselves and I'm very pleased with the end result."
