"Second time I used this company. When I wanted to have foundation work done I knew this was the company I wanted to use. They repaired and retrofitted my mother’s foundation and everything went well. Had to reschedule once but arrived on time each day and cleaned up after the days work. Passed inspection. Very happy with this company. Thanks again."

"Alpha was professional and efficient in getting our earthquake retrofit done and they knew how to work with the earthquake brace+bolt program smoothly. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them."

"After finding a crack in my drywall I searched for a contractor to inspect my foundation. I spoke with Maya in the office who was pleasant and helpful setting up a meeting. I'm glad I called as after the inspection I learned my home's foundation had deteriorated and I needed repair. Joseph started the project right away and completed my foundation within the time frame agreed. I would definitely use MVP again!"

"Our project was one step and a landing on our porch. Approx. 30 sq feet. We had the top layer of tile removed and concrete around the door area chiseled and jack hammered away. They then cut fossil stone for risers and step/landing in large squares as requested. They did put up a moisture barrier at the entrance and calked after grouting the stone. This was done upon the City of Downeys expectations. I believe that wouldn't have been done had I not called the city to come by to clarify the code for this job. So my only complaint is that some workers, actually most don't keep up or research the code. Then when the city does visit you may have to tear down a project and re do it. That can be costly and frustrating. Our porch and step look great. Not sure if the cost to us was cheap, but it is done and looks great."

"Zenith Builders made our first home renovation extremely smooth and easy! They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. They also did an amazing job on our garage and finished quickly. I decided to add on a few extra things and they were very flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects."

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"Robert was outstanding! He?s a great communicator - and was attentive to our needs throughout the project. Over three mornings, he removed portions of our old back patio, repaired parts of the remaining concrete, then coordinating and finished the replacement of concrete for a slightly smaller patio. He made sure everything was completed in a timely manner, managed some cost adjustments and made sure to keep the area clean and organized. Exactly what we asked for! We would hire him again!"
