"We hired Century Masonry & Waterproofing several years ago after suffering through several flooded basements. At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. Thankfully, and knock on wood, we haven't had an issue in years. Thank you Sean and Century Masonry & Waterproofing!"

"I had a completely new French Drain system installed in one day! Professional courteous service from inspection thru completion. All aspects of the work to be performed were clearly explained along with justification and guaranteed satisfaction. I highly recommend Select Basement Waterproofing and commend Jason on his inspection and his team on a job well done! A pleasure to do business with them!"

"We had our old cracked driveway replaced and it looks incredible now. Pat and the team exceeded expectations."

"My husband and I do recommend Uprise construction. They mitigated issues with our roof at our recently purchased home. They fixed the issues quickly and at a very fair cost. They came back a second time for a small repair. No issues since. Again, we do recommend Uprise. They stand behind their work and are very reasonable."

"My French drain system was done in one day and they did Excellent work."

"I can't say enough good things about American A-1 Waterproofing. Roland and his team were amazing. I had originally opted to go with another contractor to install a French drain and sump pump, but after exposing the foundation, they got spooked and said they wouldn't perform the work. Roland came by and assured me his team could get the work done and they did not disappoint. Through the initial estimate, permitting, construction and final sign off, Roland and his team were communicative, prompt, clean, and extremely professional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them!"

"I spoke to and met with several companies before hiring Weather-Tite Waterproofing. As a licensed builder for over 30 years, reliability is as important to me as is cost. This job was extensive due to the condition of the basement and the high water table on the property. There was a full height basement and a separate 3' high crawl space that required the workers to use a special concrete cutter and work in less than ideal conditions. The work began the exact day that Robert Lindsay promised, with 6 men overhauling the wet basement. They worked every day until the job was completed, which was a total of 4 days. They put in a professional water proofing system around the entire border of the basement and crawl space, installed the new concrete, wire brushed all the walls, put on the water-resistant primer and painted the walls. They repainted the concrete floor, removed an undersized sump pump pit and installed two proper sized pits with two new sump pumps in the correct location and removed mold under the stairs. This was a massive job and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome."

"After using basement waterproofing specialist for my French drain installation I was so pleased with their service I called them again when I noticed signs of a possible foundation crack. They accurately identified the issue and determined I had a crack in my foundation. They thoroughly sealed the crack and put multiple layers of membrane to secure the foundation and to ensure no water ever gets through. I would highly recommend!"

"They showed when they said they would. The price was agreed to. The crew was experienced. The workmanship was excellent. Am confident that the fix will work. I highly recommend the company"
