We had a second toilet replaced at a later date. The sinks and toilets were fairly routine and Mastropiero handled them smoothly and efficiently. They were also very helpful in providing specs before doing the job for what we should buy that would fit and be quality. Other plumbers had told us that in order to fix the leaky tub faucet they would have to break through the wall behind the tub. Mastropiero however was able to do it without having to break wall or tile. The job they did is excellent and likely saved us some amount of money and headaches in subsequent repairs. All the jobs are working well and are very attractive. The three technicians who did the work were professional, friendly and polite, and willing to answer all questions. "Victor ... I think that's the right name ... was very informative and yet fun as he worked on my project (replaced leaky hose faucet and its indoor cut-off valve). He ALSO quoted replacement of the leaky hose faucet on the front of my house, but advised saving my money by not doing that. I liked that he tried to save me money. For example, he showed me that one leak was really a leaking hose, not faucet. To prove it, he put his own hose on my faucet and then offered to trade: my cheap, leaking hose for his professional one."

"I had framing issues re-corrected on a new construction 2 family dwelling. Terry and his framer "Brasil" did quality work by re-framing the ceiling and the arch on the 2nd floor balcony. They did structural repairs and corrections since the previous framers botched up the house.  Terry was responsive and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend TMC Construction for general contracting issues. They do neat and quality work at a reasonable price. Also, it is a plus that he is aware and knowledgeable with the framing codes  Jersey City enforces. He made sure everything was done correctly for the framing to pass inspection.
