"My neighbors hired Damian to maintain their yards, and Damian's crew replaced a fence for my neighbor and I last summer. Work was excellent! This summer we hired Damian to install a patio, but after conversation we expanded the project to include replacing our lawn with new sod, installation of underground sprinkler system, weed removal and yard cleanup. "I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.

"Jack has provided Landscape service to me for the past 15 or so months.  His crew has done a great job for the most part, and those crew members who do not live up to expectations are usually not around very long.  Unlike many companies, they have a supervisor/foreman that either travels with the crew or behind the crew, checking up on work and leaving a checklist on your door after the work is complete.  I believe that this adds to the overall quality control.

They will be reseeding my back lawn this week, and doing moss/weed control in the front.  I'm expecting great results.

"The project was complex and required skill, planning and artistry.  They arrived when promised and did not leave our property until it was completed to our satisfaction.  In a big project like this one, there are design issues, decisions, and even problems that can occur but Prestige always responded to  our concerns and were generous in going the extra mile to make us happy.  The original bid was honored and the result is spectacular, beyond our expectations.  The crew was the best we have ever had in 14 years of rebuilding and landscaping our property.  Angelo, the leader of our crew is an artist.  He thought ahead and consulted with us on all levels of the project.  The crew was a delight to have on the property.  They arrived everyday at 8:00 or earlier and worked until 5 with one break for lunch.   They brought a microwave and cooked healthy meals and sat around laughing, talking and even singing.  Amazing group of men with high integrity.
If I had one suggestion, is that it is necessary to be involved in the project, especially one so big.   Prestige is top notch but as in any project problems can arise that require the awareness of the client.   The most important factor is that Prestige never questioned us, they went above and beyond in every instance, even if it meant more work.   Prestige is not the cheapest in the market but worth the extra cost.   I highly recommend them!
