From start to finish, their team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. They really listened to what we wanted and delivered a beautiful, high-quality finished product. The patio is flawless, and the firepit has quickly become our favorite spot to relax and entertain. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch. Ron personally supervised and executed the task and took the time to explain things in detail both before starting as well as on completion of the job. "Chai Services were on time and did a great job. They replaced all my sprinkler heads and 3 valves so basically a new system."

"Valente and his team did a great job with our yard. They demoed our deck, replaced it with a stamped concrete patio, added a sidewalk, replaced a 150' section of fence, and updated our landscape and sprinkler system to complement the new patio. All of the work completed was of high quality, and Valente kept us apprised of changes, challenges and recommendations throughout the job. Valente is open, honest and direct so there were no surprises on the cost of the work. He and his team were wonderful to work with and we are hoping to use them again for other projects we have on our list."
