"I've have used several pool service providers in the past three years who have not only disappointed me but made having a pool a nightmare. Thankfully I have finally found a company that communicates with me and I can trust. I have been looking for a company small enough to actually care and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain my pool. The Owners of Sweetwater and their staff have gone out of their way to treat me like a special customer. They have been very fast to respond to issues and the charges I feel have been very fair. I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me hanging without use of my pool for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. I have had pools for probably 20 years and have never been as happy with the pool and the service provider as I am now. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed."

So I decided to refurbish the area into a waterfall feature that my husband could enjoy. This was a surprise redo while we were away for two weeks. I truly trusted Lisa and Michael to do the project without me present. We talked over every details and the finished project totally far exceeded our expectations. We are truly enjoying this. "Kevin Nicholson and his staff from Blue Water Pools did a excellent job remodeling my pool and deck. He showed up on time for the first appointment to discuss our options. I very impressed when my wife and I wanted to change the shape of the pool and he said he would pass in the job if that is what we decided to do. "He said don't change the structure of the pool, we will work with what you have". This is a bit of a process to redo your pool, deck, add a fountain, and heater. He explained that from the beginning and sent us to the correct places to pick Travertine, diamond brite and tiles. Once everything was picked we made a schedule and it was started on-time. If there was any delay he communicated with use about the delay and when if would resume. Weather is a huge factor when doing these projects. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way it came out and I would defiantly recommend Kevin and Blue Water Pools."

"Fantastic! A broken PVC water pipe caused a need to turn off the water to whole house. This is an issue especially in the morning when it comes to toilet flushing. We called and spoke to Chris. Within a 1/2 hour super helpful & friendly Carl was pulling up to the house. Carl worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done & get it done right. He even took the time explaining some of the process as I was curious to how some things work. Highly recommend."

"My expectations were EXCEEDED... by far!!! Joe Toomey is a VERY gifted designer with water features and ponds. He gave my husband and I several ideas and told us of different options we had available. We ended up with a GORGEOUS 3 level waterfall and pond. It s absolutely fantastic!!! I spend every evening in my backyard now watching my fish and the beautiful waterfall. Joe stayed late to finish this project and was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew the types and sizes of filters, fountains, and different types of chemicals necessary. We are VERY happy we called Joe, he cares very much about how happy his customers are with the finished product. On a scale of 1-10 , I would give him an 11!"
