"This company came highly recommended. They seem very knowledgable and environmentally conscious. We have been pleased with their work. There have been a couple of small things that are annoying. Once, the service provider called my cell phone and left a message, but never rang the bell. We were home and he could have saved us all significant effort. Another time, someone came out for a problem, but the work order did not detail the specific problem we had called about. Again, a small problem, but he wasted his time investigating something that was already being addressed and then having to refocus on the problem at hand.

"They did a great job."

"Did a fine job ! would use again. But like all jobs hindsight is 20/20 and I would have formed it a little differently.."

"Brian was wonderful! Extremely courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I would hire Spot-On Residential Services again without a doubt!!!"

"They do an excellent job and stand behind their work. Reasonable price and do not ever try to take advantage of you and that means a lot."

"It went very well. Was happy with their work. Even replanted perennials that had come up after replacing topsoil in flower beds. Offered suggestion for problems I pointed and didn't know how to solve. Will hire again next year. Competitive price. Trimmed bushes were very well shaped."

"This company is great! He put an immense French drain in for our sump pump. Very friendly and left everything in nice shape. We will definitely keep this company in mind if we ever need more work done."

"The job(s) went very well and I was kept in the loop the entire time.
Contractor is down to earth, easy to deal with, very accommodating and sensitive to the wishes of the home owner.
Very flexible when it came to rental property occupant availability.
Contractor has the ability to scale the quality of supplies and the detail of work depending on the homeowners desires/needs.
Prices were very competitive with no obvious signs of gouging or cutting corners, I felt as though I received excellent value.
I would use this contractor in all my homes and will not hesitate to call them again.
