"I can't believe how professional Mark Ruppert was.  He was away and called me from his vacation telling me when he would be back to meet with me for a consult.  We met and his professionalism showed immediately.  He walked around the property made notes and measurements.  He then made a few suggestions, which I approved right away.  After meeting with two other landscapers, and having a bad experience with a previous landscaper, I knew immediately I wanted Mark to do the job.  He realized we were in a hurry due to the fact we were listing the property and he squeezed us in between two other jobs he had. I had an estimate that evening! He came in a week later and did the work in literally a day and 1/2.  The landscaping was a work of art.  He picked beautiful perennials and a few annuals and the landscaping in the back of the property was even more beautiful then the front.  I know that the best way to work with a professional artist is to just let them do their thing.  I just gave him a few requests I wanted, but the rest was his creation.   I know that his work increased the value of my property. I was so impressed I'm having him do some work at our townhouse in Simsbury.

Answered our call immediately, arrived at our house within an hour, fixed the problem (a lightning strike had incapacitated the pump, requiring soldering wires and then flipping the circuit breakers). What a relief! Getting out of our driveway proved a terrible challenge -- ice and snow on a sloping curve -- but we figured it out together with a tremendous amount of good humor and calm. "Mark came out and we discussed what size pond that he would build. He gave me an estimate of when the work would begin. Two weeks later he and his crew came in and built the pond in 2 days. It looks beautiful. Mark explained to me everything that I needed to know about the upkeep of the pond. My husband is disabled so Mark came back and planted the plants and added the fish, snails and tadpoles for me. He also is going to come back in the fall and winterize it for me. I have and will recommend his company to anyone who is interested in having a pond installed in their yard. It has been wonderful to see my husband sitting by the pond!"
