"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

"Marino's has always been incredibly responsive and customer satisfaction oriented.  The workers are very nice to deal with and they know what they're doing.  I've had many emergency water outages and a couple of basement floods caused by rain, and the Marino's folks are always there to help whether it's Sunday night or some other odd time.  I've never had to wait when I've had an emergency.  I highly recommend them.

"Awesome job. Marcos and his crew more than exceeded my expectations for the job. They were professional, and courteous. The job took just over two days. Day one was excavating and framing, day two was pouring, finishing, and landscaping. The job site was left neat after day one, and Marcos & his crew didn't leave on day two until all the landscaping was made neat and the job site cleaned up. "The painter did not retape but went over the section with paint. The ceiling looked great, the walls meh there were a couple nail holes and one empty nail that were painted over not repaired as per the deal. I was left a message that the quality of my paint was the issue. That may be partly true but painting over instead of doing repairs which were to be included in the deal was not ok. The ceiling was painted free since the painter didn't like how it looked. I guess it was worth the price but I think I could have done the same thing myself.
