I received nothing about furniture placement or colors, just that I could buy things to enhance my room. So  I thought it was a way for the provider to make a commission off the accessories. I did not use her again. So I lost out on $39.

"My daughter's platform bed was damaged in a move.  It was loaded on something that poked holes in the bottom of the cabinetry and the bottoms of the one of two drawers.  Jeff responded right away to the initial request for service and we scheduled a time about a week later.  On the day before our appointment he called to confirm the time.  He arrived in a timely manner, inspected the damage and went to work.  During the course of the repair he noticed one of the three legs was missing from the bed, so he fixed that as well.  The cabinetry is better now. He used plywood where before was some sort of very thin pressboard, it didn't even look like wood.  One of the drawers was not damaged, so the interiors don't match exactly, but the new drawer bottom is very nice.  It is nicer than just plain plywood.  It is interior drawers so the bottoms not matching doesn't matter.  I have already contracted with him to do some other repairs.  I discussed replacing the pulls on a cabinet and he directed me to a website where I can purchase and replaced the pulls myself, rather than paying him to do it.  I appreciate his saving me some money when he could have ordered the parts, added a mark-up and labor.
