She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They gave me a time that the new one would be done and delivered and their estimate was exact as to the time that it would take. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. I would highly recommend them to others wanting a good table pad."

"From the first day of work, Mr. Sadock and his employees were courteous, polite, and professional at all times. They worked well as a team, were pleasant, reliable, efficient, and hard working. They were puntually there each day to work on time, were well groomed, and eager to begin. We were impressed with the quality of their work, and the way the work was completed.
Each day, focus areas were prepared for work. Our furniture was treated with care, and the walls and floors protected. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening, and the progress of the overall project. At the end of each day,the work area was cleaned, and materials and tools put away. Our comfort was always a high priority.
When the project was completed, we were asked to do a final walk-through of all the rooms of the house. Mr. Sadock's employees touched up, replaced all light fixtures and vents, thoroughly vacuumed, and cleaned work areas. They did great work.
In the end, we were left with beautiful ceilings. Mr. Sadock, Ygal, personally followed up with us each day to make sure we were pleased with all progress. He continually went over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the work, and his employees. We appreciated the suggestions, courtesy, and care he afforded us, and our home. "Thomas was the lead and he was extremely professional. He kept everything moving smoothly and made sure the other boys were doing their jobs correctly, wrapping furniture, breakables, dismantling furniture correctly. He was in there sweating right along with them. All the other boys were very pleasant and hard working. At the end of the day when everything was being reassembled I noted the bed was reassembled correctly. It turned out that a critical connecting tool was missing. Lost or left at old house? Thomas was willing to drive back to search for it and return it and assemble the bed appropriately. The integrity and professionalism that was so apparent with these young men was a refreshing change from many other companies who have a "Greet 'um, Treat 'um, and Street 'um"! I will absolutely recommend and will use this company again.

"It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes.  It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did.  She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult.  This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture.  I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.

"Michael was amazingly prompt and professional. He explained the services he could offer, and what results I could expect. He and his assistant were courteous, tidy and unobtrusive while they worked on the portion of the job that was done on site. When the newly made leather cushion for an older leather chair matched a piece of the original leather but not the old and now faded chair itself, he restored the chair to match the new cushion without an extra charge.
