"Don's response time was outstanding. I emailed him on a Sunday afternoon and got a same day response, which was unexpected, but truly appreciated. The repair was challenging but Don did a great job and it is barely noticeable. Unfortunately it was a little harder to hide the repair on the front of the chair. I would definitely recommend Don!"

"When I described the issue on the phone, a dowel that connected two supporting parts of the frame had come out, he actually stated the brand of the recliner. This impressed me as to his knowledge about the repair he would be doing. He arrived the same day as when I called. He was polite and professional. He went right to work and efficiently repaired the recliner. He found that both sides of the horizontal frame were broken. He reset and glued the dowels and replaced L-Brackets on both sides with heavier duty brackets. The charges were exactly as initially stated."

"We hired Aaron to replace our staircase which was original to the house. He replace the railings, wrapped the newel posts, added new spindles, and replaced the skirts. He was timely with his communication and showed up when he said he would. He cleaned up after himself and left us impressed! "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

I was actually so floored by how good of a job they did for such a great price that I gave them a tip. Ben and Ian diagnosed the problem (a broken seal and rusted pipe) and were able to replace these parts within two hours. While they were here, they even unclogged a slow-moving sink for me! Ben and Ian are two honest, talented, experienced contractors and I will be using B&W Complete Home Services for all of my home-repair needs in Kansas City for as long as I live here. I do not have a photo but will supply one later!"

"These are frameless cabinets so there is no tolerance for error. Although he had not made them, he installed them perfectly! The important thing is, he COULD HAVE easily made them. His attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is amazing.  We then hired him to make a walnut bar for our basement, and it turned out wonderful too! We HIGHLY recommend Dennis!!"
