"The work was fantastic and I cannot recommend Montalbano enough. It is always a leap of faith entrusting something that is important enough to be refinished or repaired, but you can't go wrong here. I had a large dining room table that needed refinishing, repairs to the legs, and staining to match dining room chairs. You can see the impeccable work from the before and after shots below (you can also see the reupholstered chairs as well). Also, they took our loveseat, which was held together by bungee cords, and made it solid and beautiful again. Pricing was competitive and the work was second to none. Also, the fact that they are super-nice people doesn't hurt either."

"They performed the work but had to return to take the furniture apart and did not have the proper tools. They needed to borrow some from the homeowner even though they had the opportunity to inspect what was necessary to do the job when they came the first time and could not take the piece because it was too heavy for the workers who came. After inspection they raised the quoted price - the quote was based on photos so they were informed at the time of the request. When the piece was finished they brought the proper tools to install the repaired section."

"Jeffrey always does the carpet, oriental rug, and upholstery cleaning for my entire family and today was my turn. My dog has had some problems lately and my prized possession, which is the family room rug was disgusting. My furniture got dirty really fast with all the company I have had and the bedroom carpets were dingy. He came in on Monday after I called him fairly late in the day on Friday and put me on for 7AM. He even confirmed on Sunday afternoon that he would be there bright and early. I'm flabbergasted how incredible the everything looks and I purchased the sanitizer, because it kills all the odors and bacteria. Thanks again Jeffrey! I think my mom will be next on the list!"

"I had a very old cream colored microfiber sectional that I thought I was going to have to replace because it looked so worn and stained from teens hanging out on it all the time. It was in our basement "hang out" area. I did not think the cleaning would make a difference but it did! It was amazing. I've never had furniture cleaned before so this was my first experience. It was a great experience from start to finish. The owner Keith was very friendly and professional and was able to get me scheduled very quickly. The technician that came out was right on time and really did a thorough job. The sectional looks amazing and finally, Keith followed up afterwards with a phone call to make sure that I was happy with his services. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone that needs upholstery cleaned. I found out that they also clean grout so will have them out again soon for that."

"Unbelievable service!!! All staff very knowledgeable and friendly. It took a lot longer to get my table back from getting it refinished. Then I had an accident. By the time I was able to check the pad it was off. They guided me on the phone and remade it so it fits perfectly!!! I love this company ❤️"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
