"I had Hugo bid several jobs: 1. Replace all door knobs (including dummy knobs) 2. Repair sprinkler head 3. Install quarter round 4. Replace all exterior door thresholds, locks and weather stripping 5. Replace a split board on fence The only problem I had was the knobs were levers and they were not placed consistently throughout the house. I brought it to Hugo's attention and "no attitude, no excuses, no extra charge" he fixed all of them. The dummy knobs are not perfectly centered but I can live with that. He is VERY GOOD about cleaning up after himself and figuring out solutions to get the job done. (He had to alter manufacturers thresholds to fit my doors for an air tight seal, but you cannot tell it has been altered.) He is even good with ALL of my dogs. Hugo is a pleasure to work with. He is now my handyman for good."
