He resolved many unexpected issues that were uncovered in the demolition economically, producing a great product. The bathroom shower and tub had to be replaced, as well as toilet and lighting and all fixtures changed. Walls were repaired and painted. additionally, Denis's crew also painted the entire apartment to include refinishing the bathroom and kitchen cabinets.
