"The spring on our garage door broke this morning. I was at work, and my husband had to be at work at 2pm. our garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Primos at 10:02am, they squeezed us in, with a window of time between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed them at the house as close to 11 as possible. I got a text at 10:40am saying Toby was on his way. Toby fixed the spring, and had the garage door back up and running by 11:20am. This is not the first time Primos has helped us in a time crunch. "We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."
