"We had hired Andy to change the layout of our first-floor living room/dining room/ kitchen which was all divided up by a T shaped wall and increasing space in our master closet. Andy and his team worked diligently in taking down the wall separating the space to give it an open concept, they put new support beams, replaced the floors, new cabinets, countertop, light fixtures, sliding door leading to the outside, tile backsplash with focus tile work behind the stove, and custom carpentry around the island to give it a farmhouse feel, our master closet got custom work done as well increasing the space. I greatly appreciated the communication, and their professionalism and enabling me to work from home while the work was being conducted. The project started and finished on time and if I had any concerns they were validated and addressed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend yesteryear. Their service included concrete work, an addition of a fireplace (forming, stonework and mantle), dealing with a load-bearing wall, electrical work, adding a window and exterior door, and matching the siding to the existing siding. While working for us, they also installed an entry door into our garage. Their professionalism is impeccable - family values and outstanding work ethic shine through. Trustworthy, no profanity, workers' attire is professional for the job (shirts stay on), great communication with home-owners, desire to please the customer, and craftsmanship. To top it off, at the end of each work day, they leave the work area tidied up. Everything is swept and trash is removed. Their office help is on-the-ball and will answer emails promptly.
