I called Precision and then sent a technician, Danny Salas, to our home to repair the door. He was excellent and fixed the door in no time. He was courteous and very efficient. We could not be happier with his work. Even better, Precision reminded me that they had done work on our garage door in 2017 and they covered the entire repair under their warranty from that previous call. Excellent experience all around!
