"Blayne came out and gave me a comprehensive review of the work. I'm a DIY guy but not roll-up garage doors. I had a good feeling about his review of the work, so good that I didn't bother with a second opinion until I heard this frequent radio ad for a competitor who gave what I came to find out a bait and switch advertisement. Mike Sullivan was the installer and he wasted no movement accomplishing his task. I am very pleased with the results. They'll get the next job from me without a bid."

"5+ Stars from first contact, Jennifer, to serviceman, Jeff ! Emergency ! Family on vacation & Grandkids depending on GrandMom to care for family pets (fish, bearded dragon, cat etc) Being a "Senior", It was hard for me to open/close door manually. "Isaias Morales from Elite Garage Door Services arrived within 10 minutes. Assessed the broken Torsion Spring, both Drums, and both cables. Replaced them all within 30 minutes and even stopped the noise by spraying lubricant on the other garage door. Isaias was friendly, easy to talk to, and above all professional in his work.
