"Tomas and his coworker were awesome. What at first appeared to be a simple garage door opener installation turned out to be not-so-simple. They arrived right on time, and took me through what they were about to do with the install. They identified a couple of problems with the doors themselves and for a very reasonable price repaired that also. In addition, there was part needed for my installation that did not come with the garage door opener. They found the part closeby, went and picked it up and installed it perfectly. My doors now open quietly and smoothly. Will definitely recommend them again. THANK YOU!"

"I contacted Jared about repairing a roof gutter. We subsequently hired the firm that originally installed the gutter, but I want to comment on the service Jared gave us in the evaluation and research of our problem. We thought the original problem was a loose piece of flashing, but when Jared came over to look at the problem he told us it was really a part of the roof gutter that had come loose. Without being asked, he contacted several roofing contractors to see if they would do the job and when that did not pan out, he offered to do the job himself. "I have been working very closely with the staff at New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos, mostly through e-mail correspondence but also via telephone for the delivery and installation of a 10 x 10 cedar pergola. They have been very helpful at helping me choose the right design and materials. They are quick to answer telephone calls and return e-mails. After intensive research, I believe that they offer the best product. The materials are manufactured by the Amish in Pennsylvania using the highest grade cedar and stainless steel hardware. New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos also provides free delivery and installation. However, be prepared to wait. It seems that the Amish work on their own schedule and it may be weeks to months before the product is delivered. I placed my order in early August and it is scheduled to be delivered in early October.
