Step by step to make sure to have the complete picture as to what was causing my problems. He checked many many things from track being misaligned, stripped out carriage to motor, basically everything. Then explained the problems, offered me choices for solutions and pricing. Then when the decisions were made, Trenton, promptly made sure the proper equipment would be ready for the installation. Trenton arrived promptly on time and went right to work.
