He came to the house and reviewed the garage door system and determined that it could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. He was detailed in the job analysis and responded well to my questions. The bid was very reasonable. In a few days he came back and in a couple of hours, installed a new overhead motor and made some adjustments to the door itself. I now have a motion activated light in the garage and he provided two remotes."
