"The name says it all! Tip top. The owner works nights and weekends and ithe garage broke Sunday night around 6 pm after reviewing and talking to several repair guys tip top said he would come out right now, he has 30 yrs experience and knows what heâ s doing! He needed a support piece to reinforce the bottom of the door and drove back 20 miles to get the piece that could of been fixed at a later time and came back and finished the job! Great customer service as he says he wants his customers for a lifetime! Great service, fair price and with 1 annual service call to lube the hinges and wheels the new springs should last 20 yrs"

"The technician talked me into a deal by misleading me to believe I would get a discounted price (with manufacturer coupons and an agreement of doing it now - no time to consider and compare) for the highest quality spring (50k-cycle). But it ended up the spring is 15k-cycle (realized from reading the invoice). After the broken part was replaced, a new issue came up - the garage door moved but bounced back right away. He insisted that the motor was old and I needed to get a new one. I told him that this issue didn't exist before the fix and it could be something was touched during his fix. We fell into arguments. He wanted to leave with a nonworking garage door or I should get a new motor to replace. I recalled that I had the same issu a long while ago and it was fixed by adjusting the two sensors. He realigned the sensors and finally the garage was working fine. But the experience is unpleasant."

"We needed to replace our nearly 60-year-old wooden garage door. First, one company came and told me we need to take out part of our existing shelves to be able to install a new one. So I called Precision for a second opinion. Mark came over the same day, and told me the shelves were fine and we just needed to clear some space for them to work. He was able to schedule the service within days. Stason was our technician. He called me to see if he could come earlier(11:20am) than scheduled(1:00pm). He was really courteous and professional. He worked the whole time and singlehandedly removed the old door and installed the new one by 2:00pm. He spent time explaining to me how to operate and maintain it, and about the warranty. He left no mess and everything worked fine. I'm extremely happy with both people I worked with and the results. Highly recommended!!"
