Informed technical would call me when he was headed my way, est. 11:30 am. Tech Tim called at 11:30 am, informed me he was 15 minutes away. Tim was very friendly. "After hitting wall between garage doors. Call numerous companies Only wanted to fix garage door. They were not interested in fixing home. Finally called Tim at Tri state.
