"Our garage door opener was 30+ years old, and not working well. We were thinking of getting a new opener when one of the springs on our garage broke on Friday night, stranding one of our cars outside. Well, no time like the present- we went on Home Advisor and found Garage Doors 360. On line, we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Well, surprise- we got a call from Noah on Saturday- he had a cancellation, and would it be okay to come right over? CERTAINLY! They came right over, looked at our opener, door, and broken spring- then gave us a good estimate. Two hours later, we had a new opener, new springs, and new nylon wheels on the door. Everything was done clean and professional. The door is now almost silent- last week, it sounded like a machine shop. Noah and Erin stayed an additional 20 minutes making sure I understood the new opener and its features. This over-the-top service is why I am giving them 5 stars. I would certainly recommend them."
