"My garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside, the mechanical portion of the opener had failed me in the worst way. After a moment of panic, I googled and found Level Up Garage Door, read the amazing reviews and called them around 650a.m. The lady who answered the call said she would put in an “urgent request”. She was the first point of contact and understood the stress I was in, and assured me not to worry because my problem would be resolved. Minutes later, Technican Adam called and said he will arrive between 8-9a.m. At 8a Adam was at my door. Assessed the problem, explained everything to me, as well as, discussed the issue with my son who is out of town. We both felt confident that he could do the job.
