"This was a large new door installation (16' x 9') in a new steel building. The door was in stock but in 2 different locations & the springs were not immediately available due to the holidays but Jim went to both warehouses & picked up the door sections. He then came & installed the door w/o the springs so the garage would not be exposed to the weather while waiting for the springs. He then returned when the springs arrived & finished the job. Maria in the office was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process keeping me informed as to the status of the parts & expected time frames. This is a very dependable & reputable company to do business with in this day & age of unreturned calls & the prevalence of businesses not returning calls. Jim was prompt for both appointments & took the time to answer any questions or to address any of my concerns throughout the process.
