We hired a locksmith to open the quick release, he couldn t get it to work then he locked it back up again, and said he would charge an extra fee to come back and open it after we already paid a fee. We needed to get someone else to help. I requested a garage door repair crew from Home Advisor. They were fast to call and arrive to the house. The guys thought outside of the box to do everything they could to get the garage door to open especially since we didn t have any internal access to the controls.
