"Dave was great to work with. He was no pressure, super knowledgeable and very friendly. They provided a great service and value. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door, or for garage door repair."

"Our garage door opener broke suddenly. We put out a request and Prime Garage Doors responded within minutes and gave us an estimate. We explored 2 other bids, but ended up choosing Prime Garage Doors. They were able to come out the same day and finished late afternoon. The new opener was so much quieter than the old and had a lot more features. A few weeks after, we accidentally reset the opener, and they came out and fixed very quickly! I'm very happy with our choice of Prime Garage Doors, because of price, the quickness of the install, as well as service in a timely manner."

"I recently had a new spring installed on my garage door. A few months later, another problem came up and the garage door wouldn’t open. They came out, same day, and fixed it with no charge. I will never use another company. Honest, reliable, hard working. A+."

"They came and fixed my door"

"I hate not giving five stars because the installation crews were great and did an awesome job. The project managers on the other hand left much to be desired. First one was unresponsive, project was delayed for months because of him. 2nd was slightly better but it still took 6 months for them to complete the project. They installed a French door with the wrong glass because "it's the only one we had in the warehouse". It was also for a 2x4 frame when we had a 2 x6 frame, which they had to wait 3 more weeks for an extension kit to come in to finish it, and replace the glass. I originally went with them to have them build a deck and repair the siding but I doubt I will go back to them now. Again, install crew is amazing and would recommend them for that reason alone. Although they did leave the old windows in a pile outside my house for months and it took threatening charging them for what it would cost to have someone else clean it up for them to come pick it up."

"I made some inquiries concerning installation for garage door opener with installation. Daniel came by to view the project as my wood door is 10 foot in height. While checking things out he pointed out a couple of items that need attention before there might be a significant problem: like most of the door hardware had loose bolts and rollers need oiling. I was not happy with the door spring tension, which said he could adjust. I gave the go ahead on tensing the door springs and taking care of the hardware. Granted there was a cost, but I found the door much easier to operate. Daniel was very friendly and courteous."
